We had an amazing time at Kowloon Shangri-la. It was a three-night stay for a farewell occasion as I was moving out of the country the day I checked out. I marked that on my reservation, and the hotel team really went the extra mile to make the stay special and memorable. They decorated my room with balloons, welcomed us with iconic Edward toys and handwriting cards, and took photos of my partner and me. Furthermore, they continued to surprise us with a bottle of Cava and chocolates and printed photos the night when we came back. The housekeeping team was also very attentive to details. Also the bed was very comfy. Thank you, Vivienne, Amber, Kammy, Molly and Jenny. I appreciate your efforts in making our stay beyond satisfying, and will definitely recommend it to our friends. Look forward to staying in Kowloon Shangri-la again.

The service in the hotel is literally the best that I have seen anywhere in the world, and at the same time, I did not pay nearly what I would in other 5-star hotels. The people at the concierge service went out of their way to answer questions and help with reservations, the check-in was very quick and efficient, and the staff elsewhere was very courteous and helpful. The lobby has a very nice ambiance. The breakfast even though a little pricey but is very good and has a lot of varieties for different tastes. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and again it exceeded our expectations both in terms of food quality and service.

The room was spacious; the bed was comfortable; the staff was very friendly and helpful; room service was fast; since they weren't able to provide an extra bed, they gave us extra beddings and thick blankets to "convert" the couch into a bed for my 6 year old. Location is excellent. Strolling along and around the Victoria Harbor was a real treat!

The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and my husband still can’t stop talking about the amazing breakfast buffet! The most spectacular thing was the view of the harbour. If you are considering booking a room with a view, splurge, you won’t regret it. We will definitely stay at The Shangri-La again!

Not my ideal way to travel, but super convenient and minutes from the best views in Hong Kong. Abundant food options nearby, from street food snacks like Cheung Hing Kee to kaitenzushi at Genki.
