Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

We had harbour view which was lovely. Rooms very large and comfy. Location of hotel is excellent. Breakfast is amazing. So much choice. Everything was perfect.

Location and friendly staff

Service was good. Staff were very helpful. We reached around 1pm+ to check in. Rooms were not ready, the check in counter staff told us to head out for lunch and be back at 3pm for the rooms. we did as that and returned at 3pm and was informed the rooms were still not ready. He gave us complimentary coffee at the hotel lounge to enjoy as we continue to wait. He delivered the room cards to us at the lounge area. Rooms are big. Location is good, just by the harbour, connected by a bridge from the hotel.

The harbour view - incredible. Luxurious, comfortable room, high standard throughout. The bathroom was fabulous with excellent amenities, very luxurious body wash and shampoo. Great shower. Lots of really nice touches I won't go into, but I really appreciated all the attention to detail.

Stayed here before and thus decided to stay here again. Very impressive lobby - pure opulence. I chose a king deluxe room with a full Victoria Harbour view which was amazing! Breakfast catered for all tastes and was delicious. Staff were all friendly especially the Filipino and Chinese concierge (who did some Chinese transcripts for me) and all porters. The man fronting the Chinese restaurant on the lower ground floor and gym attendant on 22 May visit were accommodating in explaining things.
